Heavy Sports Inc. needed a modern ecommerce platform capable of serving customers with very different grip-strength requirements—from beginners and rehabilitation users to professional strength athletes.

The key challenge was organizing multiple product series and resistance levels while keeping product discovery, education, and purchasing simple.
