The experience had to make multiple services easy to discover while supporting location selection, user accounts, merchant onboarding, courier registration, vehicle searches, and order tracking.
Delivery, shopping, local services, and vehicle rentals were brought together within one connected digital ecosystem.
Users can select their location to discover relevant stores, products, services, and delivery options available nearby.
Dedicated journeys were planned for customers, partner businesses, and delivery drivers, giving each audience a clear entry point.
The platform was structured to support future service areas, active merchants, registered couriers, orders, and new marketplace categories.
