If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

Website Design Flow provides digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design
  • Website development
  • WordPress development
  • Website redesign
  • Website maintenance
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Website speed and performance optimization
  • Website troubleshooting
  • Website updates and modifications
  • Other digital and web-related services

The specific services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and requirements for each project may be agreed upon separately between Website Design Flow and the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

To successfully complete a project, you may be required to provide accurate and timely information, including:

  • Business information and content
  • Logos, images, videos, and other brand assets
  • Website hosting and domain information
  • Required account or platform access
  • Design preferences and project requirements
  • Feedback and approvals

You confirm that you have the legal right to provide any content, images, trademarks, software, or other materials supplied to us.

Delays caused by missing information, access, content, feedback, or approvals may affect the project timeline.

3. Project Scope

Services will be performed according to the agreed project scope.

Requests that fall outside the original scope may require additional fees or a separate agreement. We will communicate any significant additional work or costs before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before or during the project.

Depending on the project, we may require:

  • A deposit before work begins
  • Milestone payments
  • Full payment before final delivery
  • Recurring payments for ongoing services

Work may be paused if required payments are overdue.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for completed work are non-refundable.

5. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed scope or service package.

Revision requests should remain reasonably related to the original project requirements. Major changes to the design, functionality, structure, or project direction may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

6. Project Timelines

We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe communicated to the client.

However, timelines may change due to:

  • Delayed client feedback
  • Missing content or information
  • Hosting or domain issues
  • Third-party services
  • Technical problems outside our control
  • Additional requirements or revisions
  • Changes to the project scope

Any stated delivery date should therefore be considered an estimate unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

7. Website Content and Materials

The client is responsible for providing content and materials that they want included on their website unless content creation is specifically included in the agreed service.

This may include text, images, videos, product information, business information, legal documents, and other materials.

The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied materials do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Services

Website projects may depend on third-party platforms, plugins, themes, hosting providers, domain registrars, APIs, payment processors, analytics services, or other external services.

We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, pricing, security issues, compatibility problems, outages, or discontinuation of third-party services.

Third-party products or services may require separate licenses or subscriptions paid for by the client.

9. SEO Services

SEO results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, website history, industry conditions, technical factors, and the actions of third parties.

We do not guarantee:

  • A specific Google ranking
  • A specific amount of website traffic
  • A specific number of leads or sales
  • A specific timeframe for achieving SEO results

We will make reasonable professional efforts to improve the website’s search visibility based on the agreed SEO strategy.

10. Website Speed Optimization

Website speed and performance optimization is dependent on factors including hosting, server configuration, third-party scripts, plugins, themes, content, browser conditions, and network performance.

We will make reasonable efforts to improve website performance, but we do not guarantee a specific PageSpeed score, Core Web Vitals result, loading time, or performance score under every testing environment.

11. Client Website Access

When performing website-related services, the client may provide access to hosting accounts, WordPress dashboards, domain services, analytics platforms, or other systems.

We will use such access only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

The client remains responsible for maintaining ownership of their accounts and for ensuring that appropriate backups and security measures are in place.

12. Backups and Data

Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their websites and data unless a backup service is specifically included in the agreed project.

While we may take reasonable precautions when working on a website, we cannot guarantee that data, files, configurations, or website functionality will never be lost or affected during development, updates, migrations, or optimization.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client will receive the final website deliverables created specifically for the client after all applicable project payments have been completed.

Third-party assets, including stock images, fonts, plugins, themes, software, libraries, and other licensed materials, remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Website Design Flow retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, techniques, processes, reusable code, frameworks, templates, and other materials that were not created exclusively for the client.

14. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing, Website Design Flow may display completed website projects in its portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, or case studies for the purpose of demonstrating our work.

We will make reasonable efforts not to publicly disclose confidential information that was not intended for public display.

15. Confidentiality

We will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business information provided to us for the purpose of completing a project.

Confidential information does not include information that:

  • Is publicly available
  • Was already lawfully known to us
  • Becomes publicly available without our involvement
  • Must be disclosed by law or legal authority

16. Website Maintenance and Support

Unless maintenance or ongoing support is specifically included in your service agreement, Website Design Flow is not responsible for ongoing website updates, plugin compatibility, security monitoring, backups, hosting management, or future technical issues after project completion.

Additional support may be available as a separate service.

17. Cancellation or Termination

Either party may request termination of an ongoing project or service subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client may remain responsible for payment for work already completed, non-refundable expenses, third-party licenses, and other committed costs.

Website Design Flow reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to make required payments, repeatedly violates these Terms, provides unlawful materials, or engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct.

18. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the specific agreement between Website Design Flow and the client.

Digital services involving completed work, customized development, design, SEO, optimization, or other professional services may not be refundable once the work has been performed.

Any applicable refund terms will be communicated before or during the project.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Website Design Flow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses resulting from the use of our website or services.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, rankings, traffic, or website availability.

Our total liability relating to a specific service or project will not exceed the amount actually paid to Website Design Flow for that service, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

20. No Guarantee of Business Results

Our services are intended to improve a client’s website, online presence, performance, or search visibility. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, revenue, leads, conversions, rankings, or customer growth.

Business results depend on many factors outside our control.

21. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes.

You must not knowingly provide materials or instructions that violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Website Design Flow operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing with the client.

Any disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties before pursuing formal legal remedies.
